- Heat up another medium pot and add palm oil to the pot, once the oil is heated up pour in blended pepper and allow it fry for about 3 minutes, then add the cow tongue and smoked goat meat without the stock.

- After about 3 minutes of okro cooking, add the sliced uziza leaf and remove from heat immediately.
